Homes and Airbnbs require prior approval. A video or photo of the space must be submitted before your appointment. Popcorn ceilings, textured surfaces, or high ceilings may incur additional fees.
Full payment required for packages $300 & under. A 50% deposit secures all other bookings, with the remaining balance due 3 days before the event.
No guests are permitted in the setup area during installation no exceptions. The space must be clean and ready upon arrival. We will not clean or move personal items.
Full refunds issued only if we cancel on our end. Client cancellations are non-refundable but may be converted into a transferable credit toward future services.
Our designs are optimized for hotel rooms, suites, and intimate spaces. If used in larger areas, decoration quantities will not be increased to fill the space.
A&H Celebrations reserves the right to pause or discontinue service without refund if setup guidelines are not followed or the environment is deemed unsafe for our team.
